How You Can Donate and

Help Oakwood UMC.

Why We Give

Giving to God is a spiritual practice. Biblically we are encouraged to tithe our income to the church to support its ministries. We believe that God has given us all that we need, and so we give back to the church a portion of our finances for the work of the church.
I would love to have a conversation with you about what this might mean for you as a member or visitor of Oakwood  UM Church.

What We Give To Support

As a Non-Profit Organization, our church welcomes your financial gifts for the ministries we do in our church, the surrounding community and through our Global Denomination with ministries around the world. You should be able to see most of the ministries your financial gifts support, throughout the pages of our website; as well as the physical building and staff.
Ways you can donate:

In Person

Many people still like to give in the offering plate when they are in worship on a Sunday.

Online giving allows you to make a contribution to the church from the comfort of your own home, or even from the church pew, with the convenience of the push of a button or two.

By Bill Pay with Your Bank

Another option is to set up Oakwood United Methodist Church as PAYEE through your online banking. This would be a simple way to be able to send the church your weekly or monthly offering without having to remember your check book when you rush out the door to get to worship on time. Use our address and phone number below.
